Isla Sabino. (Ref.1019)
Esta isla tiene una superficie de 26 hectáreas con derechos
posesorios garantizados por el Banco de Desarrollo Agropecuario
de Panamá (BDA).
Localización de la Isla:
Aproximadamente a unos 20 km de Puerto Pedregal en David (20 minutos
en motor 65 hp)
Colinda al norte con Isla Higueros, Sur con Isla Sevilla, Este con
Bajo Pipón y al oeste con otra propiedad dentro de la misma
Isla Sabino.
Frente de playa de aproximadamente 200 metros lineales. Arena gris
con buena profundidad para desembarco.
Aproximadamente unas 10,000 palmeras de cocos de las 7000 que originalmente
se sembraron en 1982 y que se han reproducido naturalmente con el
tiempo.
Unos 200,000 árboles maderables de bosque nativo en la periferia
de la isla y unos 400,000 árboles de mangle en los esteros
de alrededor.
En la parte trasera posee varias entradas para lanchas pequeñas
en el estero.
Posee un estero, al frente de playa donde se puede habilitar para
una marina o para el cultivo de camarones en dos pequeñas
lagunas que se forman al dejar entrar el agua.
En los esteros se puede cosechar concha (clams en inglés)
unos 20 quintales por semana y hay buena pesca de pargo y otros
peces en los alrededores.
El precio total de la isla son 325,000.00 dólares americanos.
Abono inicial del 30% para liberación de la isla en el banco,
liquidación de personal de campo en la isla e inicio de tramite
de concesión a nombre del comprador.

This island has a surface of 26 hectares with possessory rights
guaranteed by the Farming Development bank of Panama (BDA).
Location of the Island:
Approximately to about 20 km of Puerto Pedregal in David (20 minutes
in motor 65 HP)
Colinda to the north with Isla Higueros, the South with Island Seville,
This with Low Pipón and to the west with another property
within same Isla Sabino.
In front of beach of approximately 200 meters linear. Gray sand
with good depth for disembarkation.
Approximately 10.000 coconut palms of the 7000 that originally were
seeded in 1982 and that have reproduced naturally with time.
About 200.000 maderables trees of native forest in the periphery
of the island and about 400.000 trees of mangle in the matting of
around.
In the back part it has several entrances for small boats in the
matting.
It has a matting, to the beach front where it is possible to be
qualified for a navy or the culture of shrimps in two small lagoons
that form when letting enter the water.
In the matting it is possible to be harvested shell (clams in English)
about 20 quintals per week and is good fishing of pargo and other
fish in the environs.
The total price of the island is 325.000,00 dollars American. Initial
installment of 30% for liberation of the island in the bank, liquidation
